Heart of a Hero: Jonathan Roumie & Heroic Men Livestream on “Heart of a Servant: The Father Flanagan Story

Saturday, October 5th at 12pm ET

Jonathan Roumie, the face of Jesus in The Chosen, is stepping up with Heroic Men and the Knights of Columbus for a free event.

On Saturday, October 5th at 12pm ET, Roumie is going live with us to dive deep into the legacy of Servant of God Father Edward J. Flanagan, the man who built Boys Town, and redefined what it means to lead with courage and conviction.
Roumie’s not just talking about history; he’s connecting it to now. Father Flanagan went head on with the Great Depression, racism, and the fallout of WWII on families. He stepped up to care for the lost, abandoned, and orphaned boys when no one else would. Roumie is hungry to highlight how one man’s relentless drive to do what’s right isn’t just a story—it’s a blueprint for how we can live today. If you’re serious about standing up in your own life, here’s how we start.

Heart of a Servant: The Father Flanagan Story, narrated by Roumie and brought to life by Spirit Juice Studios and the Father Flanagan League, is more than a documentary—it’s a masterclass in leadership and moral courage. It’s filmed across Ireland, Germany, and the U.S., featuring insights from top experts like Steve Wolf, vice postulator for Father Flanagan’s beatification, and Ed Flanagan, Father Flanagan’s great-nephew.

Father Flanagan is proof that one man, with faith and determination, can change the world. This documentary and event aren’t just about looking back. It’s about learning how we can move forward, and strengthen men around us.

Join live with Jonathan Roumie and Dr. Jonathan Reyes, the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for the Knights of Columbus. They will be hosted by Sean Lynn from Heroic Men.

Bring your questions about the story of ‘Heart of a Servant.’ More importantly, let’s talk about what it means to live as a heroic man.
