The Heroic Leadership Summit 2024

Friday, June 28, 3pm to Sunday, June 30, 1pm, Orange County, CA
It’s back! The Heroic Leadership Summit is the annual, no-nonsense, cutting-edge event for Catholic men hungry for serious growth in their faith journey.

Brought to you by the Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance, join the best of the best in leadership and training together, one all-star weekend geared to ignite, equip, and grow ministry to men.

Get ready to level up your leadership game, connect with other like-minded men, and make your mark on the Catholic community like never before.

Secure your spot to join us in Orange County, CA, and let’s make some history together.

Here are the keynotes:

Divine Intimacy with Jason Shank, President of Our Sunday Visitor
Find out why Divine Intimacy is the most important aspect of our lives. He shares his powerful story and how God’s presence in his life was critical as he faced his own near death experience during Covid. Learn from him how you can strengthen your own friendship with Christ, not only in times of crisis, but in a daily routine.

Every leader needs this foundation of divine intimacy, so that we can help other men do the same.

The Eucharist with Tim Glemkowski, CEO of the National Eucharistic Conference
St Augustine wrote, become what you receive.

If you want to be a true heroic leader, you need to receive He who is Heroism itself, and deepen your understanding so that you can be a Heroic Leader for others.

As CEO of the Eucharistic Congress, learn from Tim Glemkowski’s experiences of true Eucharistic revival must begin in our own hearts first as leaders, and missionary disciples.
Clarity and conviction for the Little Way of Evangelization with David Bereit, Former CEO of 40 Days for Life
The big way of evangelization is events, and tentpole summits. But we’re all called to the little way of evangelization, which is heart to heart, man to man.

David is one of the most remarkable leaders in the church today, and deeply believes that when leaders bring men together small groups, starting where you are right now, we can strengthen men faster than you could believe.

And then grow that impact.
Building Authentic Brotherhood with Deacon Charlie Echeverry, Founder of the Black/Brown Collective
As a successful CEO and ardent deacon, Deacon Charlie is a tremendous leader today. He believes that that brotherhood is the key. As a consultant to many influential Catholic leaders and organizations, he has his finger on the pulse of the Church’s needs.

Authentic brotherhood helps strengthen us as leaders to step up and strengthen men.
A Retreat
Andre Regnier  will lead us throughout the weekend in prayer, and helping us to develop practical strategies to strengthen and deepen our daily prayer life.

Bishop Joseph Coffey & Fr Larry Richards will lead us in our liturgies and our time with the Lord in Adoration.

The 2023 CMLA/Heroic Summit was a game-changer, a rallying cry for us to step up and embrace our heroic potential.

The energy, the camaraderie, the deep, honest conversations—these events are where brotherhood is forged and lives are transformed. For those of you reading this comment. If you haven’t been, make it a priority.

Surround yourself with men who challenge you to be better, who lift you up when you’re down, and who remind you of the hero within. You won’t regret it—this is where the real work of becoming the men we’re meant to be happens.

He calls men to admit their weaknesses and limitations, while urging them to find strength in faith and genuine love to overcome their sins and faults.

The Heroic Leadership Summit – Are you Ready to Take Action for Christ and His Church?

  • Are you tired of sitting back and watching life pass you by?
  • Ready to step up and learn the skills of leadership?
  • Want to inspire the men around you to discover their heroic call?

The Heroic Leadership Summit is the only annual event where men of action, ministry, and missionary discipleship network and grow their impact together.

We have a mind-blowing opportunity to shape the future, and it starts with you. It starts with men learning how to step off the sidelines of life. You can take charge of your God-given talents. You are called to be more than average – to be exceptional.

Look what one attendee said last year: “Attending this Summit was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I rated everything a 10 because the entire experience impacted my life in ways that words cannot describe…”

Learn from and connect with some of the top minds and leaders in the Church today: Bishop Coffey, Fr Larry Richards, Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers, Tim Glemkowski, Jason Shanks, Deacon Charlie Echeverry, David Bereit, Robert Tunmire, and Dan Donaldson.

These men have become household names for leading the charge for Christ and his Church – and we need you to join them.

“You were not made for comfort, but you were made for greatness”
– Pope Benedict XVI.

5 reasons why you need to mark your calendar to be there:

Game-Changing Experience
This isn’t your average event. Get ready to soak up insights and strategies that will push you to deepen your faith, your character, your spiritual life, your leadership skills.
Learn from the Best
We’ve assembled a lineup of all-stars in the world of Catholic leadership and Heroic spirituality. They’ve field-tested everything, and are flying in to share their hard-earned wisdom with you.
Connect with the Brotherhood
Surround yourself with a band of brothers as hungry for success and spiritual growth as you are. Forge bonds that go beyond the Summit and create a network of support that’ll have your back through thick and thin.
Get Your Hands Dirty
Our workshops are where things get serious. Dive deep into practical exercises and walk away with actionable strategies that you can start using immediately.
Join the Movement
We’re not just here to talk – we’re here to take action. Join us in our mission to empower men to step up, take charge, and make a lasting impact on the world around them.

Heroic men live on the cutting edge.

We learned from last year, and pulled out all the stops to give every man the tools, skills, and training you need to be a Heroic leader.

Join us to level up, workshop your skills, network, and forge the connections needed to excel in every aspect of life.

  • Did you know that lack of brotherhood is an epidemic among Catholic men?
  • 31% of men don’t even have one friend at their parish.
  • 55% of men in the pews on Sunday do not know 10 other men by their first names. And these are the men who are attending Mass.

What’s happening to the rest?

The answer is brotherhood. Like Christ and his close band of apostles, every man needs his brotherhood. True brotherhood calls men off the sidelines and into the adventure of their lives.

Brother, our mission field is every man in every diocese in North America. Are you ready to lock arms with your brothers at the Heroic Leadership Summit, and reach these men?

“This Heroic Leadership Summit inspires great hope. It was transformative for me.”
